NFL High School Player Development Camp
In Partnership with Elite Football Academy
EFA is proud to partner with the Rams and the NFL each year to help run the HSPD camps in the Metro St. Louis Area. The NFL High School Player Development program addresses challenges facing high school football programs across the country focusing primarily on underserved communities. HSPD serves as a free resource for both high school player and coaches. The program emphasizes safety and concussion awareness, character development and life skills, and football fundamentals.

EFA's coaches spent summer after summer as players attending countless camps. The common theme of each coaches experience was they were constantly frustrated by the number of reps, quality time with true position experts, as well as the ability to follow-up with the coaches after the camp was complete. EFA was founded on the fundamental idea that true learning takes time and true coaches develop relationships that last years, not days. Camps are not the only thing we do, they are a key component of our overall player development system.
